> Israeli amuta that lets coordinators run a community charity fund or a welfare fund under its legal umbrella — without founding a new nonprofit — and lets donors give to Merkaz Hatzdaka itself.

When to use this: reach for Hatzdaka when a person in Israel wants to operate a charity fund (community or welfare) with receipts under section 46, settlement, and support-request tooling, instead of registering a separate amuta. Reach for it when a donor wants to give to the organization that runs those tools. Do not use it to file a support request by email, to look up someone else's fund balance, or to treat this site as the personal-area app — that lives at info.hatzdaka.org.
